Revolutionary Sound Studios — Studio Session Terms & Conditions

1) Agreement to Terms

By booking and/or attending a recording session with Revolutionary Sound Studios (“Revo,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2) Booking & Payment

A session is considered booked once payment (or a required deposit, if applicable) is received and your time is confirmed.

Booking fees reserve studio time and staffing.

3) All Sales Final After Service

All sales are final once services have been provided.

No refunds will be issued after the session has taken place (including partial sessions, late arrivals, or early wrap-ups).

4) Cancellations & Reimbursements

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancel 2 - 4 hours before your scheduled start time: You will receive a 50% reimbursement of the amount paid for the studio booking.

Cancel more than 4 hours before your scheduled start time: A 25% booking fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be reimbursed.

Cancel 1 hour or less before your scheduled start time: You will not receive a refund.

5) Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are handled case-by-case based on availability.

If a reschedule request is made within 4 hours of the session start time, it may be treated as a cancellation under Section 4.

6) Late Arrivals & Session Time

Your session time starts at the scheduled start time, not at arrival.

Late arrival does not extend the session unless additional time is available and approved.

7) Studio Rules & Conduct

Client agrees to treat staff, equipment, and the space with respect.

We reserve the right to end a session for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. If a session is ended for this reason, it will be considered a completed service and no refund will be issued.

Only 3 guests are allowed in the studio at all times due to spacing

8) Deliverables & Files

Any deliverables (e.g., rough mixes, final mixes, masters, stems) and timelines will be discussed and confirmed separately.

Client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and communicating any requested revisions promptly.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolutionary Sound Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed opportunities.

10) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking.
