We understand that unexpected circumstances may come up. If you need to reschedule your vocal recording session, here's how our rescheduling policy works:

• You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance to another date that works within our schedule, subject to availability.
• We do not charge any fees for rescheduling if the request is made within the 24-hour window.
• Please contact us as soon as possible to request a reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your vocal recording session, here's how our cancellation policy works:

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking will be eligible for a full refund.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 10% fee will be charged due to the reserved time slot.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
